The company was established in 1997 by Mr. Satish Pusegaonkar, PGDBk.M (NIBM), CAIIB, CMC© and other banking and management consultancy professionals, under the guidance of Late Mr. L. G. Kulkarni, former Dy. Managing Director of State Bank of India, a veteran Management Consultant, Trainer and HR Professional.

The company has developed special expertise and methodologies for carrying out consultancy assignments in critical areas of bank management particularly in the areas of Preparation of Manuals of Instructions, Job Cards, Management Audits, Organisation Restructuring, Risk Management, Audit Systems, Analytics, Business Process Re-engineering, Online Tests for Bank Jobs, Staff and Processes Outsourcing, Training etc.
